Amenity Center Refresh
Pool Stain Treatment Completed
The pool recently underwent a full stain‑treatment process to help maintain a bright, clean, and refreshed swimming environment. This preventative maintenance keeps the amenity in excellent condition for years to come.
New Pool Furniture Arriving Soon
Brand‑new pool furniture has been ordered and is on its way! Residents can look forward to updated, modern seating that will elevate comfort and the visual appeal of the pool area.
Area Pressure Washing
To complete the refresh, the pool deck and surrounding spaces will be pressure washed. This enhances cleanliness, improves appearance, and keeps the amenity well‑maintained for daily use.
Dog Park Enhancements
Both dog parks are receiving new shade structures to provide a more comfortable experience for residents and their pets—especially during warmer months. Installation is underway and will offer immediate improvement in usability.
Introducing Spa Bands: A New Access Option
We’re excited to introduce spa bands, a convenient and wearable way to access community amenities.
Here’s what residents need to know:
- Your current access card will continue to work.
Spa bands are an additional option—simple, durable, and easy to use. - Each home will receive one spa band at no cost.
This complimentary band is provided as a courtesy from the Board.
Additional bands will be available for purchase for households who want more than one.
